Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique for raising Vibration and helping stress reduction, clearing Chakras, healing and relaxation. Once you are attuned to Reiki Level 1, you have easier access to the Universal Light Energy and can treat yourself and others with the hands-on techniques learnt in the training.

Reiki energy balancing is a natural and safe method of spiritual healing that works on ailments such as, poor circulation, joint pain, respiratory problems, sleep deprivation, hypertension, and other stress-related symptoms.
A full-body treatment usually lasts one hour. The practitioner does thirty-three Reiki hands-on positions from head to toe, finishing with full body sweeps.
Reiki can be combined with any other treatment. It is ideal for any ailment, from general well-being to treating chronic & acute ailments.

With each treatment I've had in the past years, I am always amazed at my leaving pain free. I have always believed in the healing powers of Reiki having had treatments earlier in my life. I have chronic pains and aches due mainly to stress and tension I carry much of the time due to trauma in early life as well as in a more present time of life, although now I am in a much better place psychologically and physically. Reiki is powerful and healing. Human touch is healing for anyone, the energy travels to areas where it is much needed. I experience this each time I have a treatment. What is happening to me now in terms of pain in my body seems to be much more difficult for me to cope with on my own than anything I've experienced before and yet I am confident that the problems can be resolved with further Reiki. I am so grateful to have been introduced to Marda and am receiving help with my pain management.
